Supporting & Strengthening Leaders

BOI

convenes and supports leaders in the micro and small business development fields, helping them to build their knowledge and skills through group exchange and learning. We believe that leaders are the key to driving change – individual leaders within their organizations, and organizational leaders within an industry. We use peer learning cohorts and leadership development fellowships to provide leaders in the industry with opportunities for deep reflection and exchange, exposure to new skills and industry trends, and the development of peer networks.
