Tommy Loper

Vice President, Enterprise Development

Tommy Loper is Vice President for Enterprise Development at the Aspen Institute, where he leads the organization’s network engagement strategies and development. Since joining the Institute in 2008, Tommy has helped launch multiple leadership programs and platforms, including the Aspen Global Leadership Network, the Resnick Aspen Action Forum, Weave: The Social Fabric Project, and then serving as Vice President of the Aspen Institute’s leadership programs. With a career spanning nearly two decades, Tommy has also worked with two start-up event production agencies. He serves on multiple advisory boards, including Space for Humanity, The Moonshot Platform, The Quorum Initiative, and Keseb. Tommy is a graduate of the School of International Service at American University and has studied at La Universidad Diego Portales in Chile, L’Université libre de Bruxelles in Belgium, and Georgetown University’s Nonprofit Executive Management program. He is a regular guest lecturer for the course “Designing for Human Behavior” at the University of Texas at Austin’s School of Architecture. Tommy is an avid traveler, space enthusiast, Trekkie, and dog lover.
