Please join us for a national release and strategic briefing on Towards a More Equitable Future: A Landscape Analysis of Early Childhood Leadership. Mark your calendars for a live webcast on June 15, 2022 from 1:00-2:00 pm ET (10:00-11:00am PT).

This landscape analysis is informed by extensive interviews, survey findings, and focus groups with generous and diverse field experts, from practitioners and researchers to parents and mission aligned leadership programs across the country on what is needed in leadership to build a vibrant, racially equitable, and effective early childhood field.

None of us can transform the field working in isolation. True change will require deep and sustained collaboration. Now is the time to create the conditions for diverse leadership to flourish. We look forward to sharing what we learned and to opportunities to grow the field together.
