Religion & Society Program: The First Decade

Ten years ago, a group that would eventually form the Aspen Institute’s Religion & Society Program came together to discuss increasing polarization, Islamophobia, and antisemitism in the wake of 9http://aspeninstitute.localhost/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/11.jpg Since then, the Program has convened hundreds of experts and authored groundbreaking researchincluding its newest report, which will be released during this event. All of this work has been in an effort to elevate religious pluralism in America. The Religion & Society Program invites you to celebrate ten years of building religious pluralism on Thursday, September 22, 2022 from 3:30-5 p.m. ET. The program will include remarks and conversation on past progress and future visions for religious pluralism and a new report launch. Those attending in-person will have time to meet other champions and experts in the field during our reception, taking place from 5-6 p.m. ET.

This event will take place at the Aspen Institute’s Washington D.C. office. To accommodate more people and make our program accessible, virtual event registration is available as well. The virtual event will run for the duration of our program, from 3:30pm – 5:00pm ET.We are grateful that you share our passion for creating a society where religious and non-religious people thrive. To help us continue this work, we invite you to donate toward our goal of raising $25,000 as you register for our program.
